Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains deposits, refunds and cancellations for Bonix Studio Services. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Website builds

• The 50% deposit is paid after you approve the homepage preview. It is refundable in full if you cancel within 3 business days and the build has not started.
• Once the build starts, the deposit is non-refundable and covers the work done. If you cancel mid-build, no balance is owed.
• The balance is due at launch, or on the agreed 3-payment schedule once the site is delivered.

2. Care plans and automation

• Care plans and automation are month to month. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and there are no refunds for partial months.
• When you cancel a care plan, we hand over your site files and help you move hosting. The site stays yours.

3. Local SEO and ads management

• Local SEO and ads management have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. There are no refunds for months already started.
• Ad spend is billed to you directly by Google and Meta. We never hold or refund it.

4. How to cancel

• Email billing@bonixstudio.com with your name and business name. We confirm within one business day.

5. Your legal rights

• If consumer protection law where you live requires different terms, those terms apply.
